Choose from one of 5 private rooms, or bring your friends and have a proper girls’ sleepover in the Big Room (sleeps 4) or the Bunk Room (sleeps 3).

The Zenith House is a stunning private residence, with 9 bedrooms, a sprawling dining room table and expansive grounds, recently renovated with soothing hues and high-end finishes.

Your incredible private chef is Marika Richoz (@paprikamarika), who specializes in whole-foods-based, healthy cuisine, and has run the underground restaurant The Birds Nest for the past 7 years. After spending much of her 20's and early 30's behind a desk, while throwing dinner parties on the weekend, Marika got the idea to cook professionally after visiting an underground restaurant in Buenos Aires. Since 2010 she’s been hosting secret brunches and dinners, and offering private catering to celebrities, ski lodges and other exciting locales. She’s also the executive chef for FARMACIE plant-based long table dinners.  

Your host is Catherine Roscoe Barr (@LifeDelish). With a BSc in neuroscience and 15 years as a wellness professional – certified as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, older adult specialist and coach practitioner – she's regularly featured on blogs, TV shows, podcasts and radio programs for her expert opinion on mental, physical and spiritual health. Acknowledged for candidly sharing her past struggles, she’s not only knowledgeable but has experienced the transformation from overwhelmed to empowered first hand. Since launching The Life Delicious holistic wellness curriculum, Catherine has helped hundreds of people transform their lives with this simple, sensible, science-based approach.

The Life Delicious’ mindfulness-based, holistic wellness curriculum is based on 5 pillars:

Over the weekend – from 12pm on Friday to 3pm on Sunday – we’ll explore the science of mind-body-spirit wellness as we learn about these 5 pillars, and through lecture, discussion and individual exploration you’ll leave with a personalized action plan to ensure you practice these simple, powerful tools that will elevate and transform your life.

There will be plenty of time to absorb this new knowledge as we hike Galiano Island's scenic trails, take to our mats for a sunrise stretch on the terrace, and sit silently with our journals penning a plan for our very best lives.
